We accept cash, checks, and credit card payments through Pay Pal.
Materials plus 50% Labor are due for deposit, and 50% labor is due upon completion or delivery of project.
(If paying by check - Materials will not be ordered, and labor won't start until check clears (about 2 weeks). Finished projects will not leave Bayside Upholstery untill full payment is made. )
IMPORTANT MUST READ: There is a fee for estimates that require the upholsterers to leave the shop, and take time away from other jobs. That fee will depend on distance traveled, and can be paid online through paypal (usually $25.00 min - $50.00 max) please understand that some estimates require an hours drive just to get there taking up to 3 hrs of that upholsterers time.
Estimate fees will be returned after we contract the job and it will become part of the downpayment on the job.
Estimate fees will not be returned if we do not contract the job, that is to cover our time that could have been used at the shop working on current projects.
Please only serious inquiries on estimates that require the upholsterer to stop work and leave the shop. We have ongoing projects in the shop and it is unfair to our valued customers who have items in our shop.
Any items left in the shop beyond 30 days of completion will be charged a $30.00 monthly storage fee.
Any items left in the shop beyond 30 days of completion with no attempt for payment will be considered abondoned property. At that time it will then become Bayside Upholstery's property to dispose of how Bayside sees fit, and will also be billed for Labor cost due, and $30.00 monthly storage fees, plus an additional $30.00 disposal fee.
Storage fees will be due 10 business days after date on the bill, a $5.00 late fee applies after 10 days.
